Flickr is a form of social media for photos. You can upload them, organize them, share them, or discover new people and photos to connect with. Probably not all that useful for career change, but then again, career change casts a wide net and you may wind up networking with someone in a field you want to know more about.
Just remember…any photo you have on Flickr can be found by future employers and networking contacts – so try to play it on the safe side. Even if your photos are safely rated G, the ones of you balancing an empty wine bottle on your nose while hula-hooping may come back to bite you.
