I now feel really uncomfortable there after my previous email. I had to go home early earlier in the week to get my child from school. My line manager asked for an accident note from the school which he has never asked before, when I've had to leave to get my child on other occasions. I then approached my employer and it did'nt go according to plan. As there was no counter offer or nothing to state I was a wanted member of staff.
