Just found a cool post on Job Lounge pointing us to
The Corporate Freshman: Test Drive a New Job on yesterday’s Huffington Post. Basically, when you’re looking for a career change or just a new job, you can sometimes get a hesitant employer to hire you on a “trial” basis. Not for everyone, but certainly something to keep in mind.
I love the idea of using ingenuity to get an employer to say “yes” to hiring you – especially on your terms. Susan goes on to tell about one of her friends who came up with an especially clever way to get the new job she wanted.
