Some bosses are so mean, so annoying, so outrageously bad that you dread each and every day on the job. With all the hours you spend at work, putting up with these Ogre Bosses is no small effort on your part. If you’re lucky, you find a way to get yourself out of that hell hole as soon as possible. But for whatever reason, sometimes some of you just can’t leave.
So you wait. And wait. And wait. Hoping…no praying…that this person who is making your life so miserable will just up and disappear in a giant puff of smoke. And then, one glorious day…they actually announce they’re leaving. Wuhoo! Don’t let the door hit you as you leave!
And then…it’s time to celebrate! Just click your heels and…

Hey…Work Coach doesn’t always have to be so serious. I’m a big believer in finding humor in our day whenever and wherever we can – and that includes the all-too-often all-too-serious workplace.
But I’m totally serious that there’s no greater feeling than seeing a bad boss – a truly terrible boss – ride off into the sunset at long last…hopefully replaced by someone a lot nicer. Or at least human. (-;
